Shipping policy

We offer delivery across Coventry, Monday to Saturday.

Collection: You can also collect directly from our florist—please call ahead if you plan to pick up the same day.

Delivery Notice: Please allow 24 hours’ notice for all deliveries within Coventry.

Delivery Fee: £5 for your chosen delivery date.

Collection: Free of charge during our opening hours (Monday–Friday 9:30–5:00, Saturday 10:00–2:00).

Special Requests: We’ll always do our best to accommodate custom notes or timed deliveries—just let us know when ordering.
