Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery.

Cancellation requests within 3 days of delivery for non-perishable items may incur a restocking fee.

Cancellation requests within 3 days of delivery for perishable items, such as fresh flowers, are non-refundable.

You have the right to cancel your training course booking within 14 days of purchase. This 14-day period is known as the “cooling-off period” and allows you to change your mind for any reason.
